ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Marketing Account Manager with agency experience to manage client relationships and help drive the successful delivery and growth of integrated digital marketing programs. The Account Manager will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal marketing teams, bringing together strategy, execution, project management, and account growth. Depending on the account, you may independently lead the client relationship or partner with senior Client Services leadership on larger or more complex engagements. Success in this role means building trusted client relationships, keeping marketing programs moving forward, identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen accounts, and ensuring clients see clear value from our work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship & Account Leadership

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for assigned clients and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and ongoing communications.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, customers, industry, and marketing objectives.
• Proactively communicate progress, challenges, recommendations, and next steps.
• Identify potential client concerns or relationship risks early and work with senior Client Services leadership to address them.
• Balance client needs with agency resources, scope, timelines, and business objectives.
