Position Summary

The Director of Growth will work directly with the owner to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive long-term business growth. This person will be responsible for increasing revenue, improving profitability, expanding our product offerings, strengthening our brand, and identifying new opportunities to scale the business.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They enjoy analyzing data, solving problems, testing ideas, and turning opportunities into measurable results.

Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute the company's long-term growth strategy.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and market trends.
• Research competitors and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
• Develop growth plans with measurable goals and KPIs.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Lead digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Improve brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Oversee website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media strategy.
• Analyze marketing performance and continuously improve ROI.

Ecommerce Growth

• Drive growth across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.
• Improve product listings, conversion rates, and customer experience.
• Monitor marketplace trends and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Collaborate on pricing, promotions, and product launches.
