Sales & Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

Dream Curtains is a growing custom window treatment company serving Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. We specialize in custom curtains, motorized roller shades, blackout shades, outdoor shades, and luxury window coverings.

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager who can help us generate new customers, manage incoming leads, follow up with existing customers, and grow our business.

This is NOT just an SEO position. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn marketing into real leads, appointments, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer and follow up with incoming calls, texts, emails, and website leads
• Follow up with customers after estimates and consultations
• Schedule in-home consultations and measurements
• Generate new leads through Google, Google Business Profile, Local SEO, social media, and other marketing channels
• Manage and improve our Google Business Profile and local online presence
• Help manage Instagram and Facebook marketing
• Coordinate Google Ads and other lead-generation campaigns
• Track where leads and customers are coming from
• Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, contractors, and realtors
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain customer information and follow-up using a CRM
• Help increase appointments, sales, and average project value
• Provide regular reports on leads, appointments, and sales

What We Are Looking For

• Sales and customer-service experience
• Proven experience generating leads for a local business
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile and Local SEO
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and high-end clients
• Fluent English
• Experience in window treatments, home improvement, remodeling,
