Hirsch Law Group is a rapidly growing law firm focused on criminal defense and immigration. We are building a best-in-class organization that combines exceptional legal representation with operational excellence and measurable growth.

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who knows how to scale revenue, build brand authority, create high-performing marketing systems, and hold teams and vendors accountable to measurable results.

This role will lead the firm's marketing function from strategy through execution and will have direct accountability for marketing performance, lead generation, conversion, brand growth, and ROI.

The CMO will sit at the leadership table, influence business decisions, and partner closely with firm leadership to shape and execute the firm's growth strategy.

Your Mission

• Build and own a high-performance marketing engine that attracts, nurtures, and converts ideal legal clients.
• Create and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with the firm's growth goals.
• Analyze, optimize, and own ROI across marketing spend, vendors, contractors, platforms, and campaigns.
• Strengthen the firm's brand position and market presence.
• Build scalable marketing systems, processes, reporting, and accountability structures.
• Partner with leadership to support long-term firm growth and expansion.
