JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Manager – Brand & Trade Marketing will serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for Ulta while supporting select strategic e-tail partners, reporting to the Senior Sales & Marketing Director of Erborian US. This role requires a commercially minded, highly organized, and customer-first partner who can translate brand strategy into strong account execution and measurable sales results. The candidate will manage multiple priorities across retailer communication, marketing calendars, product launches, sampling, inventory follow-up, and sales analysis, ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and strong execution at every step. This person should be agile, adaptable, and excited to grow with the business as Erborian continues to establish itself as a credible beauty brand in the US.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading day-to-day coordination with Ulta across commercial priorities, marketing activations, launch execution, sampling, inventory needs, and retailer communications; supporting strategic e-tail partners as needed; and identifying new opportunities that increase brand awareness, strengthen customer experience, and drive profitable sales growth.

This role requires strong sales acumen, clear and proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to connect customer insights, sales data, and retailer priorities to drive customer engagement, operational excellence, and commercial results.
