About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Manager – AI Automation & Email Marketing Strategy to lead our intelligent marketing initiatives and digital engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered email and marketing automation workflows for customer engagement and retention.
• Develop data-driven segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Integrate CRM systems and automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, etc.) to streamline marketing operations.
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize for open rates, CTR, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and digital) to align automation strategies with brand objectives.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI marketing, predictive analytics, and automation technologies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, deliverability, and email marketing standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–5 years of proven experience in marketing automation, CRM, or email marketing.
• Strong understanding of AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.
• Experience within fashion, textiles, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy
