The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager plays a key role in planning, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that support American Oncology Network (AON) and partner practice growth. This position is responsible for managing paid advertising across traditional and digital channels, developing marketing collateral, supporting physician liaison sales enablement, managing AON/practice website content, and executing marketing automation campaigns through HubSpot. The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, partner practices, physician liaisons, creative resources, digital vendors and agency partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with AON's brand and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, paid media, marketing automation, website content, and healthcare marketing. They possess strong project management skills, excellent written communication abilities, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality integrated marketing campaigns while remaining flexible to support evolving business priorities.
