SUI is a growing New York City wellness and hospitality brand built around movement, community, and connection.

Our SoHo location brings together yoga, Pilates, strength, café, community, and Spa Thermae under one roof. As we prepare to expand with our second location in Union Square, we are entering an important new stage of growth.

We are looking for a Director of Brand & Growth to help determine how SUI grows from here.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines commercial intelligence, analytical thinking, strong brand instinct, and hands-on execution.

The Role

The Director of Brand & Growth will own SUI’s companywide growth strategy across customer acquisition, membership, retention, CRM, campaigns, paid acquisition, partnerships, community, analytics, and new-location launches.

Your primary mandate is simple

Drive measurable revenue growth while building a stronger, more recognizable SUI brand.

You will be responsible for understanding and improving the complete customer journey

Awareness → Acquisition → First Visit → Repeat Visit → Membership → Frequency → Retention → Referral

This is not primarily a social media role. It is also not a role for someone who thinks marketing ends when a campaign launches.

We are looking for someone who cares equally about the customer experience, the brand, and the numbers.
