Position Summary

The Senior Director / Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing will lead the company’s customer relationship and lifecycle marketing strategy across healthcare practitioners, patients, and consumers. This leader will be responsible for developing commerce customer segmentation, personalized journeys, and data-driven engagement programs designed to move customers from awareness and acquisition through activation, conversion, retention, replenishment, and advocacy.

Working closely with HCP Marketing/Brand, Sales, Media & Performance Marketing, Amazon, and Analytics, this role will transform customer data and insights into personalized experiences that deepen relationships, increase practitioner and consumer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. The role will also lead external CRM, technology, and agency partners as needed to build and deploy scalable lifecycle marketing capabilities.
