Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Director to lead our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This energetic role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and community engagement. As the driving force behind our social media marketing efforts, you will craft compelling campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and foster meaningful relationships with our audience. Your expertise will elevate our brand visibility, enhance audience interaction, and ensure our messaging resonates powerfully in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Create and post energetic, engaging content and advertisements across all paid and unpaid channels, while maintaining brand consistency for both studios.
• Manage and optimize SEO across all platforms.
• Identify new and creative opportunities for co-branding and joint ventures with other businesses in the community.
• Create, coordinate, and promote community outreach initiatives and charitable events.
• Send monthly email blasts and ongoing email marketing campaigns.
• Assist the web designer with website updates and enhancements to ensure the website remains fresh, current, and engaging.
• Explore and utilize new advertising mediums while maintaining and optimizing existing advertising channels that are performing well.
• Promote the press kit to various media outlets, including television, newspapers, podcasts, and other relevant publications and platforms.
• Provide weekly analytics reports with strategic recommendations, as well as detailed ROI and SEO performance reports.
• All content created as part of these marketing efforts will be considered the sole property of PYOUR CORE and will be downloaded and maintained in Dropbox.
• All marketing strategies, plans, materials, and related information are considered confidential.
