MCG is looking for an experienced Healthcare Marketing Specialist who can help us strengthen our brand, expand our reach, build valuable referral relationships, and turn marketing efforts into measurable practice growth.

We're looking for someone who brings strategy, creativity, initiative, and execution.

About the Role

You will take the lead on MCG's day-to-day marketing efforts, with a focus on brand awareness, healthcare referral marketing, digital strategy, and client acquisition.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. One week may involve developing a campaign around a service we want to grow; another may include connecting with potential referral partners, creating content, reviewing marketing performance, or identifying a new opportunity for MCG to reach the right audience.

Because this is a focused part-time role, we don't expect every marketing channel to be tackled at once. We do expect you to understand how to prioritize the marketing activities that can have the greatest impact.
