Sales and Marketing Intern

MNCI LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Sales & Marketing Intern to support our growing business development, sales, marketing, and e-commerce operations.

This is a hands-on position designed for someone interested in gaining practical experience in sales, digital marketing, social media, website content, and customer order fulfillment. The intern will work directly with the Director of Business Development and assist with both day-to-day activities and ongoing growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with technology and social media, willing to learn, and able to work across multiple areas of the business.

Primary ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Support

• Assist the Director of Business Development with sales and customer-development activities.
• Help respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
• Assist with preparing customer information, product materials, and sales communications.
• Support customer order processing and fulfillment activities.
• Assist with filling, organizing, and preparing orders for customers.
• Help maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Provide general support for customer service and business-development initiatives.

Social Media & Marketing

• Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts.
• Help develop content for company social media channels.
• Assist with photographs, videos, graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Help promote products, company activities, special programs, and events.
• Monitor social media activity and identify opportunities for additional engagement.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Website & Digital Content

• Assist with creating and updating website content.
• Help maintain accurate product descriptions, images, pricing information, and promotional content.
• Review website pages for accuracy and consistency.
