Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

New England Orthodontic Specialists (NEOS) is looking for an energetic, creative and highly personable individual to become the face of our community marketing efforts across the North Shore.

This is not a traditional desk marketing position. We want someone who loves people, enjoys building relationships, notices opportunities others miss, and can bring the personality of our practice to life both online and in the community.

FIRST 30 DAYS: Before fully ramping outreach, you will learn the NEOS Operating System so you understand exactly how marketing activity connects to leads, exams, starts and ROI.

What you'll do

· During the first 30 days, learn the NEOS Operating System before fully ramping external marketing.

· Coordinate the initial marketing-measurement foundation: referral-source tracking, GP/community CRM, website-lead tracking, marketing-spend attribution and the weekly KPI/action workflow.

· Learn how a NEOS inquiry moves from lead → exam → treatment acceptance → same-day start/start so marketing decisions are tied to actual patient and business outcomes.

· Work with the practice management software, phone system, front-desk and treatment coordinator owners to validate data and identify where opportunities are being lost; you coordinate the system but do not replace each source owner.

· Visit and develop relationships with referring dental offices throughout the North Shore.

· Coordinate lunches, office visits, gifts, referral outreach and follow-up.

· Build relationships with schools, sports organizations, businesses and community groups.

· Identify local sponsorships, events and partnership opportunities.

· Capture authentic photos and short videos from offices and community.

· Manage Instagram/Facebook content using an AI-assisted approval workflow.

· Maintain the dentist/community relationship database and follow-up calendar.
