Marketing Coordinator

Phantom Labs is a hands-on growth studio based in Gilbert, Arizona. We work with ecommerce brands and local service businesses across email, social, paid ads, SEO, websites, and the million little things that connect all of those channels.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help keep the day-to-day work moving now and grow into a much bigger role over time.

This is a remote role. We prefer Arizona-based candidates, but we’re flexible on location for the right fit. If you’re local, occasional content shoots and in-person meetings may be part of the role.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across multiple client accounts and touch a little bit of everything.

Early on, the role will lean heavily toward execution and coordination. As you learn the accounts and earn trust, you'll take on more writing, decision-making, client communication, and eventually ownership of lower-touch accounts.

The work includes

• Scheduling and publishing social content
• Setting up finished image-based emails in Klaviyo and QAing campaigns before they send
• Turning marketing calendars into clear briefs for our graphic designer
• Assisting with drafting social, email, website, ad, and other client-facing copy as you learn each brand's voice
• Monitoring Google Business Profile reviews and drafting replies
• Handling weekly Google Ads and Meta housekeeping like search terms, negatives, pacing, and ad copy variations
• Publishing content in Shopify, Magento, WordPress, and other CMS platforms
• Keeping ClickUp, deadlines, agendas, and follow-ups organized and accurate
• Helping coordinate and attend local content shoots
• Over time, communicating directly with clients and owning more of the day-to-day work for select accounts

Some of it is creative. Some of it is analytical. Some of it is just making sure the right thing happens at the right time. And some of it is decidedly unglamorous.
