BRAND & MARKETING COORDINATOR (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We make amaro, gin, and liqueurs in a small distillery on South Van Ness, using California ingredients: heirloom apricots, house-dried kumquats, botanicals from the state's fields and landscapes. We're a founder-run company refocusing on the distillery itself — tours, events, new releases — and expanding distribution within California and . We're hiring one person to work directly with co-founder Sierra Clark on all of our marketing and public-facing work.

ABOUT BRUCATO SPIRITS

Brucato Spirits is a San Francisco craft distillery founded by Sierra and James Clark, who have formulated every recipe we've released. We're named for John Brucato, founder of San Francisco's first farmers market. Everything is distilled here, and most of our ingredients come from California farms and orchards. Our lineup includes four California amaros, Mission Gin, the Oro y Fierro kumquat liqueurs, and a series of small-batch releases.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, part-time role supporting Sierra across brand, marketing, events, and sales. You'll be the person who keeps projects on schedule, turns ideas into finished work, and makes sure nothing gets dropped between a product launch, a photoshoot, a weekend tour, and next week's social media plan.

In your first year, you'll help launch new spirits, run a season of distillery events, contribute to how the brand looks and sounds, and build the systems that keep all of that organized. The role will grow with the company, and how it grows will depend partly on what you bring to it.

No two days will be the same.
