Mortgage Marketing & Community Outreach Representative – Remote

Ultimate Mortgage LLC is seeking a motivated Mortgage Marketing & Community Outreach Representative to help grow our mortgage business throughout Kentucky.

This is a marketing, networking, and lead-generation position. You do not need to be a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for the marketing responsibilities of this role.

Your primary goal will be to connect prospective homebuyers, homeowners, Realtors, investors, and community members with Ultimate Mortgage and our licensed Mortgage Loan Officers.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage leads through community outreach, networking, and marketing
• Build relationships with Realtors, investors, business owners, and community organizations
• Attend networking events, open houses, seminars, and community events
• Promote Ultimate Mortgage through social media and local marketing
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners
• Introduce interested borrowers to licensed Mortgage Loan Officers
• Help grow Ultimate Mortgage's presence throughout Kentucky
• Maintain organized records of leads and referral sources

Optional Mortgage Processing Opportunity

Candidates interested in learning more about the mortgage industry may also have the opportunity to assist with mortgage processing and administrative duties.

Processing responsibilities may include

• Requesting and organizing borrower documents
• Following up for outstanding documents
• Uploading documents
• Tracking loan conditions
• Assisting processors and licensed Mortgage Loan Officers
• Providing routine loan-status updates

Unlicensed employees may not perform activities that legally require a Mortgage Loan Originator license.

Compensation

This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential.

Eligible employees may earn approximately

$500–$1,000 per eligible funded mortgage loan generated
