The Senior Recruitment Marketing Consultant is a strategic partner responsible for elevating TeamHealth's employer brand, strengthening candidate engagement, and delivering data-driven recruitment marketing solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and business leadership to develop attraction strategies that improve hiring outcomes and support organizational growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent attraction initiatives across clinician and non-clinician talent segments.
• Develop innovative, audience-focused marketing campaigns that attract and engage top talent.
• Turn workforce data, labor market insights, and candidate behavior trends into actionable recruiting strategies.
• Enhance candidate experiences through digital innovation, personalization, automation, and talent community engagement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver measurable hiring results.
