We are looking for a proactive, organized Marketing & Sales Assistant based in Latin America to support our VP of Sales and marketing team in executing campaigns, tracking KPIs, and keeping our growth engine running day to day.

Job Overview

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Location: Remote (Strictly for candidates residing in Latin America / LATAM)

Schedule: Flexible, with availability to overlap with U.S. Mountain Time (Utah) business hours

Language Requirement: English B1–B2 (Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate)

Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing team

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $2.00 – $2.50 USD per hour (based on experience)

Payment: Weekly

Work Style: 100% Remote (Work from home anywhere in LATAM)

Direct mentorship from senior sales and marketing leadership, with room to grow

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing and sales campaigns — content scheduling, publishing, and follow-up.

Content Coordination: Prepare and organize marketing materials (flyers, social posts, listing graphics, video clips) and route them through the internal approval chain, keeping every piece consistent with brand guidelines.

Social Media: Schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, and other channels; monitor comments and messages and route leads to the sales team.

CRM Support: Update and maintain records in the CRM, load new leads, log activity, and keep pipeline data clean and current.

KPI Tracking & Reporting: Build and update weekly/daily reports and dashboards in Google Sheets — leads generated, response times, campaign performance — and deliver them on schedule.

Market Research: Track competitor activity, local real estate market trends, and content performance; summarize findings for leadership.
