What You'll Do

As the Manager, Recruitment Marketing, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact recruitment marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and convert physician and advanced practice clinician candidates across TeamHealth's growing organization. Working at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Operations, you'll create compelling campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen talent pipelines, and support long-term workforce growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated recruitment marketing strategies aligned with TeamHealth's employer brand and business goals
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, programmatic advertising, events, and content marketing platforms
• Create audience-focused messaging and marketing strategies tailored to key clinical specialties and talent segments
• Optimize candidate journeys through targeted segmentation, personalization, and conversion strategies
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams to support hiring priorities and workforce growth initiatives
