The Role

We're hiring an SEO Specialist to own day-to-day SEO execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll work directly with our technical SEO lead, content manager, and founder — this is a hands-on role, not a strategy-deck role.

What you'll do

• Own on-page SEO across a portfolio of client websites: title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, schema markup, content optimization
• Run keyword research and build content briefs that writers can execute against
• Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization and posting, citation cleanup, location page buildouts, review response
• Support technical SEO: crawl audits, indexation troubleshooting in Search Console, Core Web Vitals, redirects and site migrations
• Build and deliver monthly client reporting in GA4, Search Console, and rank tracking tools — and connect that data to call tracking and admissions outcomes, not just traffic
• Run competitive and content gap analyses to find where clients are losing ground
• Monitor visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other answer engines, and adapt on-page strategy accordingly
• Flag opportunities and problems before clients do

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Working fluency in Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and WordPress
• Solid writing skills, you'll be editing
