Our product lines include stainless steel cages and runs, surgery and treatment tables, wet tables, veterinary surgical instruments, orthopedic products, patient monitoring and anesthesia equipment, and other equipment used throughout veterinary hospitals.

About the Position

VSS Medical is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Dallas team.

We are especially interested in candidates who have previously worked in a veterinary hospital as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or Surgical Assistant and are interested in transitioning from clinical practice into the business side of the veterinary industry.

Your veterinary experience will be extremely valuable in this role. You already understand how veterinary hospitals operate, how clinical teams work, and what veterinarians and technicians need from the equipment they use every day.

Previous veterinary surgery experience is highly preferred. Experience assisting with orthopedic procedures is a major plus.

Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We can train the right candidate on our products, sales process, CRM, quoting, and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, and hospital owners
• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate products based on hospital needs
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
• Manage sales leads and maintain customer information in our CRM
• Assist customers throughout the sales and ordering process
• Coordinate orders, shipping, and customer follow-up
• Learn and explain our veterinary equipment and surgical product lines
• Follow up with leads generated through trade shows, referrals, and marketing campaigns
