About the Opportunity

Center for Executive Medicine (CEM) is a Scottsdale-based concierge medical practice founded by Dr. Connie Mariano, former White House Physician.

CEM has historically grown through its reputation, patient referrals, physician relationships, and word of mouth. As we continue to expand our Adult Care, College Care, and Youth Care membership programs, we are building a more structured marketing and business development program.

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator who wants the opportunity to help build that program with us.

This position is particularly well suited for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is smart, organized, personable, motivated, and comfortable figuring things out.

You do not need years of marketing experience.

You do need initiative.

What Makes This Role Different

This is not a traditional entry-level marketing position where you will simply be given a list of tasks to complete.

There is not an established marketing department or a detailed marketing plan for you to follow.

Management will provide priorities, guidance, feedback, and resources, but we are looking for someone who can take a business objective and help determine how to accomplish it.

For example, if the objective is to develop more physician referral relationships, we would expect you to help research:

• Which physicians and practices should we contact?
• Who are the appropriate decision-makers?
• How should we introduce CEM?
• What materials should we provide?
• What follow-up should occur?
• How should the information be organized and tracked?
• What is working and what should we change?
