Part-Time Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator — Mental Health & Wellness

Job Summary

Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is seeking a creative, highly organized part-time Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help us strengthen our local presence, keep our digital platforms current, and turn great ideas into consistent execution.

We are an integrative psychiatry and mental health practice in Cedar Rapids offering traditional psychiatric care alongside innovative services including Spravato®, ketamine therapy, psychotherapy, functional/root-cause medicine, and metabolic health programs.

We already have professional support for website/SEO and paid advertising. This is not a high-level marketing strategy or paid-ad-management position. We need someone who can take an established strategy and reliably execute the many details that make local marketing actually happen.

This could be an excellent role for a talented local marketer, communications professional, content creator, or marketing student/graduate who wants flexible part-time work and enjoys health and wellness.

Approximately 5–10 hours/week initially, with potential to grow based on results and practice needs. Much of the work can be completed remotely, with some in-person Cedar Rapids community outreach/events.

What You'll Do

• Create and schedule approximately 3 engaging organic social-media posts per week
• Turn existing clinical education, videos, blogs and ideas into polished social content
• Create simple graphics and materials using Canva or similar tools
• Keep provider profiles such as Psychology Today accurate and current
• Help maintain Google Business and other online practice profiles
• Coordinate local physician, therapist and community outreach
• Prepare referral packets, flyers and materials for weekly outreach
• Maintain a simple referral-source/contact tracker and coordinate follow-up
• Help promote community talks, open houses and educational events
