About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Content & Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the Kitsap area.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out in the community, capturing authentic content, editing photos and video, and turning day-to-day activity into engaging marketing content. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and understands how to create content that feels genuine rather than overly produced.

In this role, success means consistently helping us show rather than simply tell our story. You'll help create a steady stream of authentic, high-quality content that increases visibility, strengthens our online presence, and connects our audience to what we're doing in the community.

This is an in-person position averaging approximately 10 hours per week, with scheduling coordinated around organizational activities, events, and content needs.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Capture

• Capture photos and short-form video during events, activities, meetings, and other in-person opportunities.
• Create Reels, Stories, short videos, photos, and other social media assets.
• Identify opportunities to capture authentic, engaging content throughout the week.
• Maintain an organized library
