is the construction division for our vertically integrated developer, SAM Development Group. We specialize in new mid-rise multifamily and luxury home construction. Our structures are concrete and steel, with in-house divisions self-performing a variety of trade craft scopes including grading/excavation, underground wet/dry utilities, concrete/rebar, framing/drywall, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, roofing, landscaping, as well as other scopes.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with strong digital marketing expertise and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and drone technology to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines proven marketing experience with an understanding of AI-powered tools, automation, analytics, and emerging marketing technologies. This role is suited to a creative, analytical, and results-driven professional who can use AI to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan and manage campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and trend analysis.
• Create and manage engaging marketing content, including website copy, blogs, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Use AI tools and platforms to support content creation, research, campaign development, personalization, customer insights, and marketing automation.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate generative AI and automation into marketing workflows.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, advertising dashboards, and marketing automation systems
