is expanding its marketing team and seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to manage client and internal marketing projects. This role is for someone who is creative, highly organized, and comfortable holding multiple moving pieces across different clients, campaigns, and deadlines at the same time.

LCG works with small businesses, nonprofits, and community centered organizations through consulting, marketing, and event production. Our marketing work is fast moving and client focused. The right person for this role does not just create content. They manage the flow of work, communicate clearly, flag issues early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Position Details

Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, Phoenix, Arizona based

Schedule: Full-time, 36 to 40 hours per week

Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience

Reports To: VP, Director of Operations

Transportation: Must be based in the Phoenix metro area and have reliable transportation for in-person meetings, client shoots, events, and occasional office days. Our office is located in Phoenix, AZ 85016.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator manages marketing efforts for LCG and assigned client accounts. This includes content planning, social media management, client deliverables, event promotion, newsletters, design, vendor coordination, and support for photo and video production.

This role requires someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and keeps client work moving without constant reminders. If you thrive on variety, structure, growth, and leading multiple priorities, this is a great fit!

• Manage social media calendars and content for LCG and assigned client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
