is expanding its marketing team and seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to support client and internal marketing projects. This role is a strong fit for someone who is creative, organized, and ready to grow their experience across content creation, social media, design, and event support.

LCG works with small businesses, nonprofits, and community centered organizations through consulting, marketing, and event production. The Marketing Associate will support the team with execution across LCG and assigned client accounts, taking direction, following through, and keeping work moving.

Position Details

Position Title: Marketing Associate

Location: Hybrid, Phoenix, Arizona based

Schedule: Full time, 36 to 40 hours per week

Compensation: $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience

Reports To: VP, Director of Operations

Transportation: Must be based in the Phoenix metro area and have reliable transportation for in-person meetings, client shoots, events, and occasional office days. Our office is located in Phoenix, AZ 85016.

About the Role

The Marketing Associate assists with day-to-day marketing tasks for LCG and assigned client accounts. We are seeking a dedicated individual who takes ownership of assigned tasks, asks thoughtful questions, meets deadlines, and communicates proactively when something is missing, delayed, or needs clarification.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Design

• Create graphics, flyers, social media posts, and event materials using Canva
• Draft captions, newsletters, flyer copy, and basic campaign messaging
• Resize and adapt content for different platforms as needed

Scheduling and Organization

• Schedule posts and help maintain content calendars
• Organize and manage digital content assets including photos, videos, client folders, and brand materials
• Help maintain marketing templates, shared folders, and team systems
