Marketing Content & Communications Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Content & Communications Specialist develops and delivers clear, engaging content that supports Slingco's marketing, sales, product, and business objectives.

This is a hands-on role for a strong writer and storyteller who can translate technical products, applications, and business initiatives into content that is relevant and easy to understand for customers, distributors, sales teams, and employees. The role works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other subject-matter experts to develop content across social media, email, website, case studies, sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing channels.

The Specialist executes content plans established by the Director of Marketing, manages assigned projects from intake through delivery, and uses performance data and audience feedback to improve content and communications.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development & Storytelling

• Develop and edit customer-focused content across social media, email, website, case studies, sales collateral, presentations, digital advertising, and other marketing channels
• Translate technical products, applications, and business initiatives into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences
• Research content thoroughly and collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and credibility
• Repurpose content across channels and use AI tools to support research, development, editing, and optimization

Social Media & Email Marketing

• Manage day-to-day execution of Slingco's social media and email content calendars
• Develop channel-specific content aligned with approved marketing priorities, campaigns, products, and audiences
• Monitor engagement and campaign performance and recommend content improvements

Website, SEO & Digital Content

• Develop and maintain website content in partnership with key stakeholders
• Apply basic SEO and emerging AI-sea
