ABOUT THE ROLE

C&G Holsters is looking for a creative, motivated, and versatile Multimedia/Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

The main focus of this position is content creation — coming up with ideas, creating the content, and adapting it for use across different platforms. One idea might become a social media post, a graphic, a video companion piece, an email, or website content. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking an idea from concept to finished product.

You'll work closely with our marketing team and videographer to create content that represents the C&G brand across multiple platforms.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, think creatively, and take ownership of their work — while also being a great teammate. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be here, takes pride in what they create, and brings a positive attitude to the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Develop creative content ideas for C&G's social media and marketing efforts
• Create, organize, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Adapt and repurpose content to fit the style and audience of each platform
• Create graphics, written content, product imagery, and other digital content
• Work alongside the marketing team and videographer to develop and execute content ideas
• Help plan and maintain the social media content calendar

GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Create graphics and marketing materials for social media, email, website, and other marketing needs
• Work with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom
• Maintain consistency with C&G's branding and visual identity

PHOTOGRAPHY

• Photograph products and create high-quality still-life and product imagery
