Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Build and optimize marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

*Utilize HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS to personalize and enhance customer communications.

*Manage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance using SQL. Implement and troubleshoot API integrations between SFMC and other platforms (ex, AWS, Salesforce Sales Cloud)—own data management requests for analytical reports across Analytics Builder, Datorama, and Looker.

*.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to enhance automation and customer engagement strategies.

*Troubleshoot service errors and issues as they arise; reach out to Salesforce Support as needed.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new technical features.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, preferably with hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

* Personalization Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for email template customization; AMPScript or other scripting language experience a plus.

* Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for data integrations, experience with mobile push notifications, ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work cross-functionally with engineering and marketing teams, working knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization techniques, Salesforce Marketing.

* Salesforce and Cloud certifications are a plus.

* US-based required and available on the US East Coast business hours.
