Paid Media Specialist

Blackhawk is an Austin growth agency for fitness, wellness and beauty businesses: gyms, studios, med spas, salons, barbershops and the multi-location groups they grow into. We run SEO, paid ads, social and web.

We're hiring someone to run paid campaigns across a book of client accounts and own the performance conversation with those clients. We're open to a full-time hire or an experienced contractor.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly performance calls with clients: walk owners through results, what changed and what's next, in plain language
• Build, launch and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local), Meta and Pinterest campaigns for local and multi-location businesses
• Own weekly optimizations: bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, creative testing
• Set up and audit conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, call tracking) so results tie back to real leads and bookings
• Brief our designers on ad creative and landing page needs

What you bring

• Experience leading client calls and explaining campaign performance to business owners. This is our top priority.
• 2+ years running paid campaigns hands-on, ideally at an agency or across multiple accounts
• Current experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Pinterest or Microsoft Ads a plus)
• Lead generation experience: calls, forms and bookings, not just ecommerce ROAS - Comfort with GA4 and conversion tracking setup
• Availability for client calls during US Central business hours (roughly 9am to 4pm)

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
