About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across the Eastern United States and Canada. This is an individual contributor role with ownership of regional pipeline outcomes. You will work closely with regional sales leaders and marketing partners to identify opportunities, adapt global programs for local audiences, and deliver an integrated mix of campaigns, events, and partner activations. The ideal candidate is a business-minded marketer who can diagnose what is and isn't working, and act quickly.
Why This Role
This is a rare chance to help shape a company's next chapter at a turning point. You will own the East/Canada regional plan and its pipeline goals, take an AI platform story to enterprise buyers, and work directly with regional sales leadership. Six months is long enough to make a visible impact and add a high-profile AI/enterprise SaaS win to your resume.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the East/Canada regional marketing plan and pipeline goals, driving programs that generate and accelerate opportunities across priority accounts and segments.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to align on target accounts, segment priorities, go-to-market motions, and the activity calendar.
- Translate the company's AI and platform narrative into locally relevant campaigns, customer proof points, and experiences for audiences across the Eastern U.S. and Canada.
- Coordinate with account-based marketing, demand generation, product marketing, events, brand, and partner marketing to deliver cohesive full-funnel programs across digital, in-person, and virtual channels.
- Work with channel partners on co-marketing initiatives that extend regional reach and engage shared customers.
- Use pipeline and campaign data to identify performance gaps, recommend changes in approach, and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
- Bring regional market intelligence and sales feedback into central planning, influencing content, campaign, and investment priorities.
- Adapt global campaigns and content for East/Canada audiences, including appropriate consideration of Canadian market needs.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, personalization, campaign development, and performance analysis while maintaining quality and relevance.
- Prioritize and execute high-impact work within the six-month contract, maintaining clear stakeholder communication and momentum across concurrent initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field, regional, or demand generation marketing in support of a sales organization.
- Track record of owning pipeline goals and connecting marketing investments to opportunity creation and acceleration, with clear examples.
- Strong strategic judgment: able to diagnose a regional performance gap, build a hypothesis, and turn it into an actionable plan.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and building trusted partnerships with sales leadership.
- Solid understanding of B2B buying cycles, account and segment strategies, and full-funnel marketing.
- Comfort using data to make decisions, optimize programs, and communicate results, not just report activity.
- Excellent program management and communication skills; able to lead multiple initiatives independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Practical fluency with AI tools in marketing workflows and curiosity about AI's impact on enterprise software.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Marketo are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing enterprise platforms or transformation solutions to senior decision-makers.
- Familiarity with both product-led growth and sales-led enterprise go-to-market motions.
- Experience with Canadian regional marketing or bilingual campaign adaptation.
- Familiarity with collaboration, DevOps, or work-management software.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company navigating a product or positioning shift.
- Field event experience (examples preferred; samples not required).
Core Skills
