About the Role

Kenvic, Inc. a professional training institute in New York, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our outreach, branding, and digital marketing initiatives. This role involves assisting in marketing campaign coordination, designing promotional materials, and editing videos to help promote our programs and services. Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Outreach
• Assist in executing outreach campaigns to prospect individuals and companies, community organizations.
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies to promote recruitment, programs, and events.
• Digital Campaigns
• Assist in creating social media content and scheduling posts.
• Assist with Editing short videos for social media, events, and promotional use (adding captions, transitions, and background music).
• Design & Branding
• Assist with creating and editing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and communication channels.
• Administrative Support
• Help organize marketing files, databases, and media assets.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn and grow
• Basic editing experience with flyer designing and video editing.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow instructions and time management.
• Background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.
