Part-Time | 10-15 Hours Per Week

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience. Quarterly Bonuses

I am looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Marketing & Operations Assistant to help keep my ongoing marketing and client outreach running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly client gift campaigns, including scheduling, assembling materials, and preparing items for drop-off.
• Prepare, print, assemble, and mail monthly direct-mail campaigns.
• Create and send email marketing blasts to my database.
• Create and/or coordinate weekly social media posts.
• Assist with basic marketing collateral, graphics, and content.
• Help coordinate annual client and marketing events, including invitations, vendors, materials, and event preparation.
• Coordinate with printers and other vendors as needed.
• Keep marketing projects, supplies, mailing lists, and deadlines organized.
• Assist with other marketing and operational needs as they arise.

I am looking for someone who is

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Proactive and good at following through.
• Comfortable managing recurring deadlines and multiple projects.
• A strong written communicator with good proofreading skills.
• Comfortable with social media, email marketing, and learning new technology.
• Professional when interacting with clients and vendors.

Real estate experience is helpful but not required. Previous experience in marketing, administration, social media, or event coordination is a plus.

Schedule

• Part-time, approximately 10-15 hours per week.
• Some scheduling flexibility.
• Occasional additional hours may be needed around special events or marketing projects.

I am looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, taking ownership of projects, and making sure things get done on time.
