Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing and outreach initiatives and enhancing brand visibility. Your core responsibilities will include executing multichannel marketing strategies and working with different community organizations/ groups, local schools, and partners. Your premium skills in digital marketing, community outreach and graphic design (Canva/ Adobe illustrator) will be vital in developing engaging campaigns. Additionally, your strong communication and customer service skills will ensure effective collaboration with internal teams and clients. Overview

Community Engagement & Events

* Plan and execute engaging and meaningful events in Monroe, Matthews and surrounding areas.

Patient Relations

* Address patient inquiries and actively engage with the community both online and in person to foster a positive practice image.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with the team to develop creative marketing strategies and improve the patient experience.
• Bring fresh ideas for promotions, social media content, and office efficiency enhancements.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background in working with local businesses, organizations and groups
• Proficiency in social media management and basic graphic design tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both online and in person.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
