MOVES is seeking a talented Marketing & Graphic Design Associate to enhance and expand our B2B marketing and recruiting initiatives. Responsibilities will flex to meet the current needs and prioritize projects for future, emerging, and mature markets and recruiting activities. Close collaboration with other members, such as Launch Coordinators and Events & Education Manager, will be required for the successful management and completion of various tasks assigned.

Job Description

Execution of Marketing Initiatives

Support the development and execution of B2B marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence, increase awareness and adoption of services, and support long-term business relationships.

• Research consumer, client, competitor, and industry trends to identify relevant marketing opportunities and inform campaign development
• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns, communications, and promotional initiatives across appropriate digital and traditional channels
• Support the execution and delivery of B2B marketing tactics that increase service adoption and client engagement under the direction of leadership
• Maintain and organize marketing materials, resources, and processes to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution across markets
• Monitor basic campaign activity and engagement metrics and use findings to make practical recommendations for improving future marketing efforts

Content Creation

Increase brand awareness and market share by effectively communicating our mission and services through printed and electronic campaigns directed at MOVES customers

• Create pre-launch and launch materials (e.g., postcards, business cards)
• Update existing marketing materials and produce engaging online content (copywriting, imagery, videos), using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for copywriting, imagery, and video creation) to increase efficiency and creative output
• Support corp
