Freelance Social Media & Content Creator

Quality Greens Kitchen is looking for a freelance content creator/social media marketer to support our Downtown Brooklyn and Hoboken locations.

We’re a fast-casual restaurant focused on chef-driven, healthy comfort food, quality proteins, creative vegetables, house-made sauces, and catering.

We want someone who can capture what’s happening in our restaurants and turn it into engaging, appetizing content that feels authentic rather than overly corporate.

What You’ll Do

• Visit both locations for approximately 1–2 content shoots per month
• Film and edit 8–12 short-form videos per month for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Capture food, staff, behind-the-scenes, restaurant, and catering photography
• Create occasional Stories and simple promotional graphics
• Write captions and help schedule content
• Identify strong content opportunities without needing every shot scripted
• Provide a simple monthly performance recap

Paid Social

We’d strongly prefer someone who can also handle basic Meta/Instagram/Facebook advertising, including:

• Turning strong organic content into paid ads
• Running simple local and retargeting campaigns
• Testing creative
• Monitoring results and making recommendations

Advanced Google Ads/PPC experience is not required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong short-form filming and editing skills
• Strong food/product photography
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Comfortable working inside a busy restaurant
• Reliable, organized, and self-sufficient
• Based in the NYC / North Jersey area
• Able to travel to both Downtown Brooklyn and Hoboken

Strong pluses

restaurant/food/hospitality experience, Meta Ads Manager experience, Canva/Adobe skills, catering content experience, Google Business Profile familiarity, and basic email/SMS or Google Ads experience.
