We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Marketing & Sales Funnel Coordinator to join our team in Hoboken, NJ. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience across social media marketing and campaign analytics, directly empowering you to help shape our ongoing marketing strategy to reach the business leaders who need us most.

What You'll Do

You will dive right into the day-to-day operations of our marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Generation & Testing: Help design, launch, and test outbound marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Sales Funnel Management: Assist in mapping, managing, and optimizing the customer journey from initial contact to qualified lead, ensuring no prospects fall through the cracks.
• B2B Social Media & Outreach: Draft and schedule targeted content primarily for LinkedIn and Twitter/X, focusing on engaging small business leaders and production pros.
• Strategy & Analytics: Track and measure campaign
