• Permanent: $60,000 - $75,000+ annually, performance based. Benefits and stock options available.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Marketing and Growth Coordinator for the Birmingham and Atlanta markets to implement all aspects of consumer and lawyer marketing.

This role requires a professional with experience in legal marketing, multi-channel campaign coordination, lead conversion, networking and sales. Some legal marketing experience with law firms is required. The candidate must be growth oriented and interested in an accelerated performance-based marketing career with our company.

Local Marketing and Growth

This role requires capability of researching and recommending effective local marketing, advertising, and growth opportunities for consumers and lawyers. This includes evaluating and proposing strategies for local paid search campaigns, social media management, strategic partnerships, community development, and local media resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal marketing, preferably with a small or law firm or marketing agency.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple marketing and growth efforts effectively.
• Familiarity with law firm operations, legal intake, and attorney-client engagement processes.
• Ability to communicate and engage with attorneys, vendors, and other professionals in a professional and persuasive manner.
