Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to execute email marketing campaigns for multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on production role focused on building, testing, scheduling, and maintaining campaigns—not developing overall marketing strategy.

Campaign strategies, content calendars, and creative direction will be provided by the account team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for turning those plans into polished, effective emails that accurately reflect each client’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns based on provided briefs and content calendars
• Design and update email templates that follow each client’s brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, imagery, logo usage, and tone
• Use Figma to create, review, and implement email designs
• Ensure emails are visually polished, mobile-responsive, and properly formatted
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot automated flows, including:
• Welcome series
• Abandoned cart
• Winback campaigns
• Birthday campaigns
• Other customer lifecycle automations
• Maintain audience segments and perform basic list hygiene
• Test and QA every email before launch, including links, personalization tags, rendering, formatting, and mobile responsiveness
• Monitor campaign and flow performance and flag broken automations or performance drop-offs
• Identify and proactively report deliverability concerns
• Prepare simple performance recaps covering opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue when applicable
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines in ClickUp

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
• Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo
• Proficiency with Figma
• Experience building complete email campaigns from creative briefs
• Ab
