We're at an exciting growth stage and looking for a marketing operator who wants real ownership in a fast-moving telehealth brand.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will report directly to Slimifai's executive team, including the CEO, CFO, and CTO, and will work cross-functionally with clinical operations, product, and finance. This is a hands-on execution role within a structured leadership team — you'll own the marketing function day-to-day while collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategy, budget, and compliance.

You'll have autonomy over your channels and campaigns, but you'll be accountable to defined KPIs and regular reporting cadences with the executive team.

What you'll do

Develop and execute Slimifai's overall marketing strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels

Manage and optimize paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic) within healthcare advertising guidelines

Build and scale content, SEO, and social presence around GLP-1 and weight loss education

Own email/SMS lifecycle marketing to drive patient retention and LTV

Partner with creative resources to produce compliant ad creative for a regulated pharma/telehealth category

Analyze CAC, conversion, and retention metrics, and report key performance insights

Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure messaging aligns with compliance (HIPAA, FDA, FTC standards)
