General Description

Netcare Access is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable Development & Communications Coordinator to support the agency's marketing, communications, fundraising, and community engagement efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Development & Public Relations, the ideal candidate is technology-savvy, possesses strong relationship skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can manage multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will support fundraising, donor stewardship, community outreach, communications, and marketing efforts while serving as an important liaison between clinical programs, leadership, community partners, donors, and the public.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications (35%)

• Create and distribute marketing and communications content across digital, print, email, social media, and fundraising channels.
• Develop written materials, including newsletters, donor communications, impact stories, website content, and promotional copy.
• Design and update marketing collateral, presentations, flyers, brochures, reports, event materials, and other branded assets.
• Support social media, digital marketing, and online fundraising campaigns to increase community engagement, awareness, and donor support.
• Maintain website and intranet content, ensuring information is current, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with program staff to develop compelling communications and promotional materials that highlight programs, services, outcomes, and community impact.
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications and marketing materials.

Administrative & Organizational Support (35%)

• Maintain accurate donor, stakeholder, partner, and constituent records within CRM systems.
• Generate reports, dashboards, mailing lists, and performance metrics to support fundraising
