About the role

YieldMax is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to develop and execute the brand and marketing strategy for the YieldMax ETF suite. This role will lead the marketing team, day-to-day execution, and internal and external partnerships, with a focus on expanding awareness, engagement, and growth among retail and self-directed investors.

We’re looking for a marketing leader who can balance strategy with execution—someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, moves ideas forward, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. This role will partner closely with leadership, product development, sales, portfolio management, legal, and compliance to bring the YieldMax brand and products to market in a thoughtful, engaging, and effective way.What you'll do
