Within the Development Division, we specialize in the marketing and sales of exceptional new developments, luxury residences and branded residential projects throughout South Florida.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Development Division to join our growing Development Division marketing team.

The Senior Marketing Manager will have a dual role: independently managing a portfolio of assigned new-development accounts while providing leadership, guidance and oversight to junior marketing team members on select projects.

Working closely with the VP of Marketing, this position is responsible for translating project strategy into organized, high-quality execution across multiple marketing channels and initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Miami/South Florida new-development marketing, strong project management skills and the ability to confidently manage developer relationships, sales teams, vendors and internal stakeholders. They should be highly organized, proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

This is a hands-on role for someone ready to take greater ownership of client accounts and begin taking on broader team leadership responsibilities.
