Marketing and Communications Specialist

The Content Specialist position provides media relations and commercial business support for ABS across a broad range of service lines for our market sectors. This position is part of the Corporate Marketing and Communications department at the ABS Headquarters in Houston, Texas, and writes content for press releases, emails, websites, specialty publications and more. This role is a hybrid opportunity, working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from our Global Headquarters located in the Spring, Texas area. Mondays and Fridays remote.

What You Will Do

* Collaborate with content experts, marketers, BD professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content for marketing purposes and lead content planning, development, and promotion workflows. * Write and edit content across multiple channels, including press releases, specialty publications, product sheets, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, websites, and mobile platforms. * Support ABS Group Knowledge Center content production by adapting and repurposing long-form content and source materials. * Develop and execute enterprise social media content, including drafting content, coordinating reviews, and supporting graphic development. * Develop publicity plans and communication strategies in partnership with marketing and communications leadership. * Ensure content aligns with business objectives and strategic priorities. + Delivers the right mix of commercial value based content and technical content + Attracts a qualified audience to the website + Generates new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action + Is optimized for search engines and lead generation * Build and manage a content/editorial calendar across channels and service lines. including social media content calendar management, coordinating with the social media specialist on scheduling and priorities. * Create content that supports lead generat
