Communications and Marketing Specialist

Artemis is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist to develop communications and product-marketing content that drives awareness and adoption of government program capabilities among current and potential users. This role delivers consistent, on-brand messaging across channels and supports the client’s change management and product marketing strategy.

The Communications and Marketing Specialist is a self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and action-oriented team player with strong strategic communications and product marketing experience. This position requires an individual committed to superior client service, poised under pressure, with a positive and flexible attitude.

This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).

Remote work is anticipated. However, occasional travel for client engagements may be required.

Primary Responsibilities: * Create communications products that engage stakeholder audiences, such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks. * Revise and provide content that delivers consistent key messages across appropriate channels, aligned to branding, messaging, and digital/social media strategies (news and impact stories, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, presentations, and web copy). * Market capabilities to existing and potential users and help create, manage, and implement the product marketing strategy. * Support the annual Product Marketing Strategy deliverable. * Support change management by helping create and maintain a change management process, evaluating communication methods for process-improvement opportunities, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with proposed changes. * Provide communications and marketing inputs to the Analysis of Alterna
