Marketing Coordinator

Haynes Novick Kohn Immigration is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is a natural task master : organized, detail-oriented, and energized by turning a strategy into thorough, finished, polished work. You take ownership of projects, follow every detail through to completion, and keep multiple priorities moving forward on your own. This is an execution-focused role built for someone who loves the work of getting things done.

What You’ll Do

- Own social media, email marketing, and content creation — from Instagram posts to newsletters to blog content

- Manage and maintain our CRM and contact database, keeping client and prospect records accurate and current

- Keep our website and digital presence up to date, on-brand, and error-free

- Track performance and put together monthly reporting on engagement and campaign results

- Coordinate events, webinars, and community partnerships from planning through execution

- Own the marketing calendar and deadlines, keeping projects moving with minimal oversight

What You Bring

- You are a natural task master : organized, detail-driven, and energized by execution

- 2+ years of marketing experience, agency or in-house

- Experience managing a CRM

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a hybrid environment

Nice to Have

- Interest in immigration, social justice, or legal services

Compensation & Schedule

- $65,000–$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience

- Hybrid schedule, minimum two days per week in our Washington, DC office

- Exempt, full-time
