We are a growing, full-service interior design firm seeking a polished, creative, and highly organized Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands that in a high-end, service-based business, the client experience begins with the very first phone call, email, or social media interaction.

The right candidate will combine excellent customer service skills with strong marketing and social media expertise. You should have a sophisticated eye for design and branding, understand how to market to an upscale clientele, and be able to create beautiful, engaging content that reflects the quality of our interior design work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Intake & Customer Experience

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients through phone, email, website, and social media inquiries.
• Provide a warm, professional, and polished first impression of our firm.
• Gather information from prospective clients and help determine whether projects are a good fit for our services.
• Coordinate initial consultations and maintain organized client intake records.
• Follow up with prospective clients and help move qualified leads through the inquiry and consultation process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing clients.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that attract our ideal, high-end residential design clients.
• Create polished marketing materials that consistently reflect our firm's brand and aesthetic.
• Assist with email marketing, promotional materials, advertising, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
