Technical Sales & Marketing Specialist – Industrial Machinery

About the Company

ACASI Machinery is a U.S.-based manufacturer of automated bottling and packaging machinery. We design and manufacture filling machines, capping machines, bottle handling equipment, conveyors, and complete packaging systems for customers across a wide range of industries.

We are looking for a motivated, technically minded Sales & Marketing Specialist who can help us grow our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into machinery sales.

This is not a traditional marketing-only position. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how equipment works, communicating with customers, developing marketing content, and selling technical products.

The Position

This is a hybrid technical sales and marketing role.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of our marketing activities while also developing into an important member of our machinery sales team.

You will work directly with our engineering, sales, and management teams to understand our machinery and turn that technical knowledge into effective marketing campaigns, videos, website content, leads, quotations, and ultimately sales.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Manage and improve our digital marketing strategy
• Create marketing campaigns to generate qualified industrial leads
• Develop content for our websites, email campaigns, social media, and other channels
• Coordinate and create videos demonstrating our machinery and applications
• Improve SEO and website visibility
• Manage Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns
• Develop product pages, brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials
• Track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI
• Help maintain and improve our CRM and lead follow-up process
• Identify new markets and applications for our equipment
• Work with outside marketing agencies and vendors when necessary
