The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic, growth-oriented executive responsible for shaping Ozmo's market presence and accelerating revenue across enterprise and SMB segments. This leader will develop and execute a modern B2B SaaS marketing strategy that strengthens brand awareness, drives qualified pipeline, expands strategic accounts, and positions Ozmo as the market leader in AI-powered tech support solutions.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations, the VP of Marketing will create integrated go-to-market programs that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen Ozmo's position in the enterprise market, and support scalable growth across both enterprise and SMB customer segments. This is a builder role for a leader who is equally comfortable developing strategy, rolling up their sleeves to execute, and scaling a high-performing marketing function.

What you will do

• Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to company strategy by bringing customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business performance data to inform executive decision-making and growth priorities.
